Payment for private lessons is due at the time of the
lesson, unless you have paid in advance. Payment for vocal
assessments, courses, workshops and other events requiring
registration is due in advance.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
You must notify us of cancellations at least ONE DAY IN
ADVANCE. If a vocal assessment or lesson must be missed
and you have given one day's notice, we will make every
effort to reschedule. We cannot guarantee that there will
be a timeslot available quickly, but will do our best
to accommodate you.
If you do not show up for your assessment or lesson, or
if you have to cancel on the same day including a cancellation
due to illness, you will be charged for the time slot.
In our industry, "the show must go on". If you
are in a performance, you can't take a night off because
you have a sore throat, a cold, or a fever. In a recording
studio, you still have to pay for the time you booked
even if you did not use it
If payment is not made for the missed assessment or
lesson, additional lessons will not be scheduled until
payment is received, and the time slot may be lost.
Payments overdue by 90 days will be sent to collections.
INCLEMENT WEATHER / SCHOOL ABSENCES
The schools do not inform us if you are sick or absent.
As such, we require that you call or email us ASAP to
let us know if you will not be able to attend your lesson.
If school is cancelled or delayed, we will continue
with our regular schedule unless the building is closed.
If that is the case, we will send an email notification.
If there is inclement weather and you feel you cannot
safely attend your lesson, please let us know immediately
so that we can reschedule. Phone lessons are also available.
