CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

You must notify us of cancellations at least ONE DAY IN ADVANCE. You must notify us 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, assessment, class or workshop in order to avoid the fee for the missed session.

If a class, workshop, or other event requiring advance registration must be missed and you have given advance notice as described above, a full refund can be provided. No refunds will be given for any session missed after the first day of the event.

If you do not show up for your assessment or lesson or if you have to cancel on the same day - even for illness - you will be charged for the time slot.  The mantra of our industry is, "the show must go on" which means that If you are in a performance, you cannot take a night off because you have a sore throat, a cold, or a fever. If in a recording studio, you still have to pay for the time you booked even if you did not use it.  It is a very standard practice to require payment for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

INCLEMENT WEATHER / SCHOOL ABSENCES

If school is cancelled or delayed, we will continue with our regular schedule.

If there is inclement weather and you feel you cannot safely attend your lesson, please let us know immediately so that we can reschedule.  Skype, Oovoo and Facetime lessons are also available if we cannot meet face to face.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We highly recommend that you bring a recording device to your lessons— you’d be surprised how much you will learn by listening to yourself!
